BISTEC A LA ANDALUZA

Ingredientes:
- 600 gr. carne picada de ternera
- 4 cucharadas de cebolla picada
- 2 tomates grandes maduros
- aceite, sal y pimienta.
Elaboración:
- Salpimentar la carne, mezclarla con la cebolla y hacer 4 bistec.
- Freirlos en aceite y colocarlos sobre los tomates partidos por la mitad y fritos.
