BRULÉ O DIABLO

- Ingredientes:
Café solo
Brandy
Azúcar
Piel de limón
Granos de café
- Elaboración y presentación:
En una jarrita, servir 1/2 copa de brandy, dos cucharaditas de azúcar, una piel de limón y unos granos de café. Calentar y quemar. Añadir un café solo y servir en una taza mediana.
