CRIOLLO

- Se sirve en taza muy alta.
- Se acompaña de platillo grande de café y cucharilla de café con leche.
- Se prepara:
1. Batir una yema de huevo, 1 copa de ron añejo y 2 cucharaditas de azúcar moreno.
2. Verter la mezcla en la taza y agregar un café solo.
3. Mezclar y servir inmediatamente.
