HUEVOS MALLORQUINOS

Ingredientes:
2 huevos
4 cebollas
200 gr. sobrasada
Mantequilla
Elaboración:
1. Cortar las cebollas en aros, ponerlas en una fuente y cascar los huevos encima.
2. Añadir rodajas de sobrasada alrededor.
3. Sazonar, poner por encima mantequilla e introducir 3 minutos en el horno a 180º hasta que cuajen los huevos.
Servir en cazuelas individuales de barro.
