  • Se sirve en copa de café irlandés.
  • Se acompaña de platillo de café grande y cucharilla de café con leche.
  • Su preparación:

1. Poner dos cucharaditas de azúcar moreno en la copa.

2. Añadir 1 copa de licor de café y calentarlo alvaporizador.

3. Agregar un café largo muy caliente.

4. Completar la copa con nata semimontada fría de 1,5 cm. de grosor aproximadamente.

5. Se puede espolvorear ligeramente con café molido ó cacao en polvo.
