- La manzanilla fina es de color amarillo muy pálido. Tiene sabor sutil y ligeramente amargo y un aroma muy delicado.
- La manzanilla pasada tiene color topacio. Fragancia intensa sin perder suavidad. Puede llegar a los 20º.
