PANOJAS MALAGUEÑAS

Ingredientes:

  • 1 kg. boquerones
  • Aceite, sal y harina

Elaboración:

  1. Limpiar y vaciar los boquerones, salarlos, enharinarlos uniéndolos por la cola de seis en seis.
  2. Freirlos en abundante aceite.
