RAPE A LA CATALANA

Ingredientes:
- 1 kg. rape
- 1/2 l. leche
- 2 cebollas medianas
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 2 cucharadas de harina
- aceite, perejil, azafrán, sal y pimienta.
Elaboración:
- Majar la cebolla, el ajo, el perejil y el azafrán.
- Añadir la harina y desleir con 2 cucharadas de aceite. Incorporar la leche y verter la mezcla sobre el rape puesto en la cazuela con el resto del aceite.
