- Ingredientes:
Café granizado
Helado de vainilla
Sirope de caramelo
- Elaboración y presentación:
En vaso de 1/2 combinación sobre un platillo, se coloca una bola de helado, añadir sirope de caramelo y se termina de llenar elvaso con el café. Servir acompañado de cucharilla larga y pajero.
