SALPICÓN DE VACA

Ingredientes:
- 500 gr. carne de vaca
- 150 gr. jamón cocido
- 1 cebolla mediana
- aceite, vinagre, sal y pimienta.
Elaboración:
- Cocer la carne y cortarla en trozos pequeños, junto con el jamón.
- Mezclar con la cebolla picada y aliñar con aceite batido con vinagre en la proporción de 3 a 1.
- Salpimentar.
